I've already paid, why can't I use my prepaid reports?
Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Then enter a vehicle VIN number that you would like to search, press Enter. After updating the web page, press the blue button "Use Prepaid Reports."
Notice that if you have an unlimited Copart package, you can only check VINs of the cars that are put up for sale at the Copart auction. Your subscription is stable but you can't check VINs of the cars that are not put up for sale. You can purchase a different package to be able to check all VINs.
