How and when can you get a refund of your report
You can submit a request to obtain a full or partial refund of your vehicle history report within 14 days after your purchase. If the refund request is not received within this timeframe then you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note, the reliance on any vehicle history report when purchasing a vehicle is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any purchases you make in reliance on our reports.
Valid refund reasons:
- The vehicle history report you received was empty.
- You were charged twice for the same vehicle history report.
Invalid refund reasons:
- The vehicle history report wasn’t accurate or contained errors.
- The vehicle history report you received was incomplete.
- You received the vehicle history report late.
To submit a refund request please fill out this form or email the following information to:
- Email Subject: Refund request
- Your e-mail
- Vehicle VIN number
- Reason for the refund
- Your Name
- Your Surname
- Date of purchase
- Method of payment
- Your PayPal transaction ID or last 4 digits of your credit or debit car
Once we receive your form, our team will review it during one business day and send you the decision on your refund request via email.
